Question Your Eating Habits

 In Healthy Lifestyle

How, what, when, where and why do you eat?  Is it different each day or when you’re working or not working; and how about who you are with?  Never noticed?  Your response to these questions will tell you a lot about your current health, any weight issues and your propensity towards ongoing good health.  Being aware will also help you to make some small adjustments that can make a huge difference in your life.

Answer these questions and decide what you can do for healthier lifestyle options.
